At Different Angles, Relating them to Blessings —
A humble start-up advertisement platform to promote Perak’s residential and recreational characteristics, from Kinta District to its natural and mobilized surroundings.
Rooted at the anchoring point, each perspective is directed toward a blessing—a positive declaration upon these lands: Ipoh and the surrounding areas, the Kinta Districts, and nearby. These lands are uniquely called to birth something resourceful across social, economic, and environmental dimensions—blue, green, and orange. Multiple angles give rise to multiple dimensions of blessings.
1.) Colorful Economies
🌊 Blue Economy – Water-based and aquatic resource innovation
🎨 Orange Economy – Culture, creativity, and knowledge-driven industries
🌱 Green Economy – Sustainable, circular, and eco-conscious development
The three economies – water-resourceful (blue), circular sustainable (green), and creatively fulfilled (orange) – are identified for publication in this website’s directories, to promote businesses and homes to build in this land of blessings. A land for the sustainable growth of peace and prosperity, blessings to beings who are staying on the land with natural, healthy activities (blue & green) and fulfilled consciousness and conscientious (creative, knowledgeable with integrity).
2.) Multicultural
Malaysia is truly Asia, with its multilingual culture. The nation consists mainly of three ethnicities by language groups- the Bahasa-speaking Bumiputras, the Chinese-speaking Chinese, and the Tamil-speaking Indians. For the young generation of Chinese and Indians who cannot speak their native dialects, English is their common language. Generally, Malaysians can speak two languages.
For Bahasa is Malaysians’ national language, English is their educated language, and Chinese or Tamil are some of their family languages, Malaysians are adaptable to contexts. National affairs, education for growth, and family connection are three important elements for Malaysians in living and loving. To earn for living, to love their communities and families, learning multiple languages is a norm and necessary.
In Ipoh, Kinta Districts and beyond, while Bumiputras are the majority, Chinese and Indians have their footprints of heritage in the city, due to their ancestors’ active migration to build their homes by mining activities and rubber estate plantations. Although the treasure of mines had gone, there are other treasures in legacies, and more to explore and build on.
Ipoh is truly a multi-cultural place, with colorful economies to grow. This is the treasure of Ipoh.

3.) Multidimensional in the context of blessings
The idea of a blessing has different dimensions – intellectually, spiritual, emotional, situational, or relational. Same to the word of three, it is a number in mathematics, and a living principle in morality, or spirituality, the state of mindset that orients life direction relationally.
“Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Philippians 4:8 from the English Standard Version (ESV)
AdaR2b aims to root and grow at this universal governing formula in relationships:
–True, Honorable, Righteous (just) – THR
–Edifying (pure, lovely -to bless instead to harm) – E
–Excellence (the commendable qualities that worthy to praise) – E
THR EE

Filipi 4:8 in Bahasa (Alkitab Berita Baik)
弟兄们,我还有未尽的话:凡是真实的、可敬的、公义的、清洁的、可爱的、有美名的,若有什么德行,若有什么称赞,这些事你们都要思念. 腓立比书 4:8 in Chinese Union Version Simplified (CUVS)
