Internal Conflict – torn skins and emotion

For years, I battled an inner war—rejecting my intuition, sensitivity, and moral depth as burdens instead of gifts. That self-rejection filled me with guilt, shame, and constant tension that frayed my emotions and weakened my wellbeing, even contributing to autoimmune disorder.

Healing began when I stopped fighting my nature; the sensitive layers of my torn skin began mending. By embracing my quiet insight, empathy, and longing for righteousness, the inner pressure eased.

My idealistic pursuit of peace is beyond imagination. I continue seeking a greater harmony—one rooted in righteousness and moral truth, strong enough to unite every conflict within me, yet gentle enough to restore my fragmented self.

Yes, this is the voice of an INFJ, a personality type found in only about 1–2% of the population among the 16 MBTI types—rare, yet deeply attuned to pursue moral clarity, empathy, and inner vision. It requires integrity and courage to face my own weaknesses and learn the wisdom to mend brokenness.

How to live peaceful and quiet lives?

Having sensed brokenness becoming a gift, I can perceive that my beloved nation is also in internal conflict—capable of internalizing sensitive issues by holding each own absolute truth within a dignified and civilized culture and community, especially regarding the 3Rs: Royalty, Race, and Religion.

According to 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NIV): “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”

May our national kings be highly favored and granted wisdom to uphold national integrity and unity—not only for Muslim but for all the religions and races.

Hence, I am inspired to revamp my blogging passion through the lens of R—Righteousness—and continue to uphold our national leaders in petitions, prayers, and thanksgiving.

I trust that my God will fill my hunger and thirst for righteousness, according to His words:

Matthew 5:6 : “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.”

1 Timothy 6:11: “Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance, and gentleness.”

I am naturally drawn to follow Perak’s Sultan—Sultan Nazrin Shah—as Google’s algorithm and AI research often return his honorable personality to me, reflecting the values I deeply admire.
